The third project and strategy workshop of the FELDSCHWARM® Ökosystem took place this week. Hosted by the Eidam Unternehmensgruppe in Lößnitz, all alliance partners as well as Projektträger Jülich were invited to a two-day exchange. The aim of the workshop was to reflect on the current project status, further develop strategic topics, and strengthen collaboration within the network.

New alliance partner expands expertise within the project
As part of the workshop, the LACOS AgSystems division was introduced as a new alliance partner within the FELDSCHWARM® Ökosystem. In addition to its extensive expertise in software development, LACOS will also contribute innovative hardware components to the funded project. This brings additional technological impulses that will further drive the development of autonomous and connected agricultural technology solutions.
Intensive professional exchange and project progress
A key part of the meeting was cross-disciplinary working groups in which current challenges, technical developments, and future project goals were discussed. In addition, the project partners presented their progress to date and provided insights into ongoing development work.
Supporting program strengthens networking and collaboration
In addition to the technical program, the workshop also provided space for personal exchange and team building. This included a guided tour of the historic Markus Röhling Stolln in Annaberg-Buchholz as well as a joint networking event at the Brauereigasthof Zwönitz.
The intensive exchange among the partners highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration as a key foundation for the success of the FELDSCHWARM® Ökosystem.
