Central Platform
All Machines. Full Control.
The central platform forms the digital backbone of the Feldschwarm® Ecosystem. As a cloud-based web platform that can also be deployed on-premises, it connects agricultural machinery, agricultural robots, operators and external systems within a shared environment. It combines the management of fields, customers, machines, users and licences with mission planning, simulation, operation control, monitoring and documentation. This creates a seamless digital workflow – from planning in the office and execution in the field through to the evaluation of results.
The cloud enables location-independent access to up-to-date job, machine and process data across different devices. Missions and commands are provided centrally and transmitted to the machines involved. During field operations, status information, work progress, process parameters and log data are fed back to the platform. This enables individual machines and heterogeneous fleets to be monitored in real time, operations to be adjusted and faults to be analysed remotely.
The cloud capabilities also include centralised machine and implement management, the provision and analysis of system logs, as well as SOTA (Software Over-the-Air) updates, enabling software and firmware to be updated wirelessly on machines, terminals and electronic control units (ECUs). Cloud-to-cloud interfaces – for example via agrirouter or AgIN – also provide connectivity to farm management systems, manufacturer platforms and other digital services.

Thanks to its open and scalable architecture, the platform can be extended with plug-ins, micro-frontends and OEM-specific modules. Standardised interfaces enable the integration of different machine types and manufacturer-specific solutions, while centralised data management, user administration and a single point of access simplify operation.
This creates a manufacturer-independent platform that can integrate new functionalities and business models while scaling with the evolving requirements of agricultural operations and machinery manufacturers.

Central platform for planning, controlling and monitoring machines and field operations. It combines master data management, simulation, live monitoring and machine management, including SOTA (Software Over-the-Air) updates.
Extensible through plug-ins and OEM integrations – with centralised data management and single sign-on.
Data Exchange with FMIS
Data exchange with Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS) connects the Feldschwarm® platform with existing digital farm management processes. Standardised import and export functions as well as cloud-to-cloud interfaces – for example via agrirouter – enable job, master and geospatial data to be exchanged between the FMIS and the Feldschwarm® platform. This includes customer and field data, field boundaries, prescription maps, work orders and ISO-XML files.
Work orders are prepared in the farm’s FMIS and then transferred to the Feldschwarm® platform. There, they can be supplemented with machine configurations, guidance lines, process parameters and information required for autonomous operation. Once the mission has been completed, work progress, machine data and documented work results can be transferred back to the FMIS, where they can be used for documentation, analysis and further farm planning.
This creates a seamless data flow from the office through mission planning to the machine – and back again.
The open interface architecture enables the integration of different FMIS and manufacturer solutions, supporting mixed machinery fleets. It reduces manual data entry and discontinuities between systems, avoids duplicate data maintenance and integrates autonomous agricultural machinery into existing farm workflows without requiring farmers to replace their established management systems.
Benefits for OEMs & Partners
The open Feldschwarm® platform provides OEMs, agricultural machinery manufacturers and technology partners with a fast route into the automation and autonomy of agricultural machinery. Proven components for mission planning, machine and fleet control, remote monitoring, diagnostics and SOTA (Software Over-the-Air) updates can be utilised and individually extended. This reduces development effort, investment costs and time to market compared with developing a complete proprietary platform.
Standardised and open interfaces facilitate the integration of different tractors, agricultural robots, implements and Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS). OEMs can integrate their own machine functions, user interfaces and brand environments while differentiating themselves from competitors through compatible solutions. The manufacturer-independent architecture supports both existing machinery fleets and new vehicle concepts.
